Greek Yoghurt Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

• ½ cup almond milk 

• ½ cup Chris’ Pot Set Greek Yoghurt 

• 1 tbsp Honey 

• 2 cups frozen berries 

• 1 cup frozen banana 

• ¼ cup crushed ice 

 

Toppings: 

• Granola 

• Sunflower seeds 

• Slivered almonds

• Chia Seeds

• Coconut 

• Fresh berries 

• Fresh Mint 

• Coulis/Peanut Butter/Biscoff/Honey 

 

Equipment:

• Blender

Instructions:

1. In a blender, add milk, frozen berries (of your choice, we’ve used frozen strawberries and blueberries), banana, yoghurt, honey and ice (ice is for consistency – more ice for thicker, less if thinner)

2. Blend and puree until completely smooth

3. Divide smoothie mixture into 2 bowls

4. Place toppings on top as desired. Drizzle with honey (or sauce of your choice)

5. Enjoy!
